My old flat iron had given up, and since I liked it so much, I thought I'd go with the same model again. It's a shame that the new one you bought doesn't feel as good as your previous one at all 💖 If the flat iron is snagging or pinching your hair, you can try straightening smaller sections at a time and not pressing the plates too hard together. A thin layer of heat protectant can also help achieve a smoother glide 😊 Also try wiping the plates when they have completely cooled down.
