Quickly Absorbing
My first impression: This absorbs/dries on the skin really quickly, in seconds. Once dry, it has a matte finish and does not make the skin shinier. Compared to Paula’s Choice 10% Azelaic Acid 10% Booster, this NBL Theramid might be better suited for oily skin, meaning if you want to control skin shine.
