Had high expectations for this, did a home bleach and the result was of course a mix of yellow, white, and orange. Bought this and hoped to get such a nice cool tone that others have shown pictures of... For me, there was no result at all, the hair was just as yellow, white, and orange as before. Let it sit for 20 minutes... What could have gone wrong? Seems to work for everyone else. Have now ordered others and will try 9-1 Extra Light Blonde cendré, as well as 8-11 Light Blonde cendré extra.
I would recommend you buy 9.5-21 🥰 it’s awesome and really removes all warm tones, but you have to watch out so it doesn’t pull too much in the lengths because then they can turn gray.
