    Super easy but the color doesn't match

    This intensive dye is overall one of the easiest colors I've used on my hair, and I've tried many different variants of dyes and permanent colors. However, it gets a deduction since the color didn't quite match the packaging - light brown 500 turned out very dark on my medium brown hair and also a bit cooler than expected. A bit unfortunate, but not the end of the world. But you want the result to reflect the expectations based on how the color looks on the packaging since that's the only thing you have to go by.
