Hey, I can see that this product contains niacinamide, I started with the one in the picture, it worked pretty well, but I feel like my skin has gotten worse since I started using both. Could it be because together they make 12% and it's too much? Would it be best to go back to just niacinamide or only use smoothing and barrier support? It also provides moisture and helps with redness, which I also struggle with :)

Hey Lotus! 👋 Both the Soothing & Barrier Support Serum and Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% contain niacinamide, which means that the concentration can get a bit too high and cause the opposite effect, e.g. irritation, even though niacinamide itself is a mild ingredient. A tip is therefore to try using the products in different routines to see if your skin feels better. Many find that it works well to only use the Soothing & Barrier Support Serum, as it not only contains niacinamide but also ingredients that hydrate and soothe redness 🤍 I would also strongly recommend doing our skin test via our app. There you can take a professional skin test and get tailored feedback on how to change your skincare and find the right products for your skin. Those who help you are trained and licensed skin therapists and pharmacists 😍👌 You can find the test via the link: lyko.com/sv/beauty-scan2 Take care!
