    No one is responding, been 10 days

    Been 10 days without an update, no one is responding to emails, no one is responding on Lyko, no one is responding to the personal email, and I've only had my package approved but nothing about it being picked, and no one is responding to me, not even responding to emails so at least I get some follow-up.
