Bought Redken Scalp Relief from Lyko about 7 months ago. I've been using this shampoo for 13 years and was really disappointed when I got the product. Wrong smell, wrong consistency, and no longer the magical effect. Recently discussed it with my hairdresser who told me that I had received a fake product from Lyko and she could show me the genuine product right then and there.
If you buy from Lyko and don't recognize the product, you have received a counterfeit. Redken has NOT changed the formula of the magical Scalp Relief.
