      Hi! Sorry to hear that it’s not working as expected 🤍 Please check that the rubber pad isn’t dry, cracked, or pressed down. If so, it might be good to replace it. If the two parts don’t meet evenly when you close it or if there are any sharp edges, it could be a manufacturing defect.
