Hey Sofia! 🌞👋 It is primarily a repairing and moisturizing mask for damaged and treated hair. It is safe for colored hair, but it is not a pure color-preserving mask. However, it does contain UV filter (Benzophenone-4), which can help counteract sun bleaching. If you want to maximize color preservation, I recommend products with clear color-protect technology, like Joico K-Pak Color Therapy Luster Lock Multi-Perfector for daily color preservation, or maria nila Colour Refresh to freshen up the tone between colorings. Have a lovely day!

    3 questions

Hi! I have 3 questions about the products: 1. Can you use this shampoo and conditioner every time you wash your hair if you only wash your hair every third day, or should you have a separate shampoo and conditioner that you use every other time or something similar? 2. Do the products have color-preserving properties? 3. I have long beautiful hair that easily becomes flat and dry at the ends, do I need a separate conditioner for the ends that provides more moisture, or how light and moisturizing is this conditioner?

Hey Sara 👋 Yes, you can use them every time you wash your hair, and yes, the product has color-preserving properties 🥳🙌 Neccin provides moisture and should work well for the ends too. But since your hair is "fine + long" and easily gets flat, it might be a good idea to complement it with a light leave-in conditioner, hair oil, or a lighter moisturizer for the ends, especially if you notice that the Neccin conditioner isn’t enough to provide softness and shine there 😍 Good luck 🍂

    2 times daily?

Hi! I have 3 questions about the product. 1. Do you have to apply 10 drops of the serum 2 times a day every day to see results, and if so, for how long? (It feels like the serum will run out very quickly in that case, and that there will be a lot of product in the hair if you only wash your hair 2 times a week?) 2. Is the product really suitable for sensitive scalp? I see that the other ingredient is Alcohol Denat - which can be irritating and drying.. 3. What is it that makes the product stimulate hair growth? Thanks in advance for your reply!

Hey there Sara! 👋 Thank you for your questions! I understand that it’s important to feel secure before starting to use a product that works on the scalp 🤍 1. The recommendation is to apply the serum morning and evening, about 10 drops at a time, for the best effect. The product is designed for regular use over time, and results are usually evaluated after a few months of continuous use. We understand that this may seem like a relatively large amount, especially if you don’t wash your hair daily. In these cases, you can start with a slightly smaller amount and focus on the areas where the need is greatest, to see how the scalp reacts 🤗 2. The products in the series are tested not to be sensitizing on normal skin. However, the serum contains Alcohol Denat as one of the main ingredients (about 20%), which may be experienced as drying or irritating for some, especially with very sensitive or already damaged scalp. If you have, for example, sores, scabs, or conditions like psoriasis, it is generally recommended to avoid products with high alcohol content and many active ingredients. With milder sensitivity, it may work well, but we always recommend testing on a smaller area first 💛 3. It is important to emphasize that this is an Anti-Hair Loss product, not a product that promises new hair growth. The series is designed to strengthen the hair at the root, improve the scalp environment, and extend the hair's life cycle, which can help reduce hair loss over time. Products that claim to create new hair growth are classified as medical and cannot be manufactured within cosmetics. Therefore, it is important to have the right expectations for the effect 🥰 I hope I’ve answered your questions, and that you like it!
