    Question?

Hi! I have a dad who has a lot of problems with his scalp, he has a confirmed skin disease. There is medicine that helps with the skin disease on most of the body, but the scalp still seems to be just as bad as before the medicine. We have tested sooooo many products from both the pharmacy to medicine and to things like this, but nothing seems to help. His scalp is very sensitive, flaky, slightly inflamed (not really inflamed but maybe a bit pus-like, acne-prone skin), quite dry scalp as it flakes but can also be a bit oily, the scalp itches a lot too. Would this product work to help with itching and dryness, and would it work together with: The inkey List Salicylic Acid Exfoliating Scalp Treatment? Is there any product that might possibly help with these issues? If so, which products? Thanks for the reply! Best regards, Siri!🩷

    Question?

I have had this kit for a few months now and I love the results, but I find that the nails don't hold very long and start to peel after just 2-5 days, which feels like they shouldn't do. What could this be due to? I have done all the steps that are on the packaging, I have also tried filing the tops of the nails to give the polish something to adhere to a little better, I have also tried to cure the polish a little longer than recommended. None of my attempts have worked and the longest they lasted was about a week. It would be so great to get a response. Thank you!💖

Hey Siri To avoid the polish chipping, you should carefully prepare the nails, apply thin layers (too thick layers can cause the polish to chip faster). Avoid painting outside the nail so that the polish makes contact with the skin, and ensure that the curing is correct. If the problem persists, it might be a good idea to double-check that the LED lamp and products are in good condition (e.g. that the lamp is not defective). If you suspect something is wrong, feel free to register a complaint through your customer account ❤️ All the best!
