Extremely poor toiletry bag!!!
I was so looking forward to giving this to my husband for Christmas. But when I tried to take the toiletry bag out of the box, it broke 😬. I want my husband to get something whole! After the complaint, I received a code for a 200 kr discount as consolation. I don’t want that, I want a whole and functioning toiletry bag. I think this was absolutely unacceptable. And the compensation is a joke from Lyko!
