Good but bad
The mask does a good job for the skin, but after 1.5 years of use, it stops charging. The warranty only lasts for a year, and that's bad for something that costs so much.1 product in post Good but bad3912 views- The comment was made 2 weeksHi Sara. In Norway, we have a warranty period of 2-5 years. You can only ask them to take it back or go to the Consumer Council. I assume this is a product where the battery cannot be replaced, so it is not a wear part. And with a price tag of 5,995 NOK, it is clearly to be expected that such a product (mask) should last longer than 1.5 years. Good luck 🤍
