    Possibility for a new one?

    I ordered this recently and I have tried to use it three times but the pump doesn't work. Is there a possibility for a new one?

    Unfortunately not

    The hype did not live up. Which is sad because I have read that this is supposed to be suitable for those with acne and sensitive skin.

    Unsure

    I've seen so many people hype this and get fantastic results. I've used 70% of the tube but don't see that it has treated the areas I had hoped for. For safety, I've been using this in the evenings with an extra thick night cream. I will use the rest of the product but I'm unsure if I will buy a new one.

    Savior!

    My eyes have been unusually dry all winter and I tried a few things, but the itching got worse. Now I've been using it for 2 months and it really helps! I would have liked to give it a 5, but I think the packaging is a bit too small.

    Positively Surprised

    I am not an active user of mascara, but there are occasions when you need to use it. I got this in a gift box and I am positively surprised. The brush looked a bit clumpy, but it turned out well and lasted long.
