    Really disappointed

    Bought this toner to get a cooler blonde since the color is called "extra light blond" but it ended up turning my hair brown. How is that even possible?

      Hi Sandra 👋 It can happen that an “extra light blond” toner gives a darker result if the hair isn’t really light blonde from the start or if there are warm pigments left. Porous hair can also absorb more pigment and make the color deeper. To lighten it again, you can wash your hair a few times with a deep cleansing shampoo and then use a violet/silver shampoo to remove warm tones ❤️ If you want help with the result, you can email our hair experts at frisoren@lyko.com and attach before and after pictures 📸 🥰

    Really confusing

    I myself am very experienced with self-tanner and love the color "Dark" in the same series, but "Ultra Dark" is really strange. Super hard to apply even though I did proper prep 24 hours before, dries in milliseconds so you can barely blend, and after all the trouble the color doesn't even stick to the body? Really disappointing. But I still recommend the color "Dark"; it's really good and I, who am super pale, get a really nice color from it!
