    Lost hair

    I did exactly what it said on the packaging, and I lost this much hair during the first use. I don't know what happened really, but I usually don't lose this much hair under normal circumstances. I didn't feel anything special on the lengths afterwards either, so I don't know if I dare to try it again.

      Just bought this and was looking for some last minute advice before applying it. The "not damaged enough so it'll make hair fall out" sounds absurd, especially since there's not even any warning about that from what I can see (if i use something for dry hair in my oily hair, it'll just get greasy fasting, not FALL OUT so if that's a thing ut should be VERY obvious warnings and information that's difficult to miss :/ Did you ever get any answers about what happened? I've been trying to prevent damage and heal it as much as possible while still coloring it during the last few years, so I'm not sure how bad/good my hair health is right now. I really appreciate you posting this, I'll do another, more "strand focused", patch test so I can see what happens. Seriously, thank you so much for giving me a heads up

    Poor packaging

    I have used the rosemary spray before and thought it was really good, so I wanted to try the other one too. But the actual nozzle on the spray is very bad, all the product comes out at once which makes it so you accidentally get too much in the same spot, and because of this my hair looked completely greasy when I used the spray. I'm so disappointed with the packaging because the rosemary spray is not like that at all.
