Runny. Hard to get out of the hair. Tried washing my hair with this shampoo 5 times. Never got the shampoo out of my hair any of the times. The last two times I rinsed my hair for 10 minutes! And still there were greasy streaks of shampoo in my hair. Also lost as much hair as before.
