    Rose - condition of the package

    Rose ok. However, the box from the rose is completely dirty with dust. As if the product has been lying in the warehouse for a hundred years. No one even bothered to wipe it off. Terribly dirty and dusty. A disgrace. No respect for the customer.

    Lip Gloss - Condition of the Package

    Lip gloss balm is amazing! However, the quality of the package's packaging leaves a lot to be desired. Lip gloss separately, box separately. I don't understand. The package was intact, so it was packed like that. Just thrown in like a sack of potatoes. After verification, I believe the product was used, and quite a bit. I'm filing a complaint.
