We are still behind but starting to catch up 😅848 views- 1 weekWill I, as a loyal customer, not be compensated just because I didn't pay for shipping, even though I've spent a lot of money on your site to get free shipping and expect you to at least somewhat stick to the delivery timeframe? I've loved Lyko and your customer service, but this feels incredibly ridiculous to not even send out information until the customer themselves contacts customer service, and still say 3-5 days delivery at checkout when you obviously can't promise that. Sorry, but then it will probably be to find another company to buy from if some ridiculous videos from the CEO that hardly anyone watches are how the situation is to be handled, this is entirely on you...2 likes

We are behind on stock but are doing everything we can to catch up 🥵44824 views- 6 daysI got my packages sent a day after complaining about another one of Rickard's videos and writing a comment. But one product was missing, instead there was just completely nothing in the package since you sold more than you seemed to have in stock, yet the package was sent out... And I am very sure that you oversold the stock because I double-checked the product while waiting weeks for the order, and even then the product was no longer in stock after I had placed my order. I complained and got my money back now of course, but my god what a PR fiasco this is. And still no talk about any kind of compensation for all customers affected when this could have easily been avoided?? I have been a customer for 5 years. I will avoid shopping at Lyko in the future if I am not compensated.4 likes
