Disappointing! I bought the bundle because I thought it was worth having a bigger bottle. But it’s not like the regular 250ml.
Feels diluted.. usually I need a small pea-sized amount, but with these big ones I don’t even feel like 3 pumps are enough.

The pump on the 500 ml bottles often dispenses a smaller amount per pump than the 250 ml bottle, which can make it feel like you need more pumps for the same amount of product. If the product has also been kept cool or exposed to temperature changes during transport, the consistency may temporarily feel a bit thinner. Try turning the bottle a few times or gently shaking it, and pump a few times until you get a smooth flow.
A tip is also to apply the shampoo to properly wet hair and work up a lather with a little water in your hands. If the hair is very dirty or has a lot of styling products, it may be better to shampoo twice instead of using a large amount at once.
