Irritating packaging
This is a very good and thick lip mask, which is desirable, but it also makes it a bit hard to get out of the packaging. Otherwise, there is nothing to complain about. Good scent is also a plus.

Works fine
Provides good moisture, but doesn't last as long as other similar products I've tried. For me, it was also a bit too much scent, but that's just preference.
