    Disappointed..

    Should have read the reviews before I bought it. This shampoo has made my hair dry, lifeless, and tangled. I was freshly cut when I started using it, so my hair wasn't damaged in any way. The hair doesn't get clean either, as it's very concentrated and you have to wash it multiple times. I have now switched shampoos because I couldn't take it anymore. Will only use this as a last resort going forward.

      Hey Pauline ❤️ Thank you for sharing your experience! It's a shame that the XL Moisture Shampoo didn't work for your hair. It's a moisturizing shampoo, but for some hair types, it can feel too mild and leave the hair flat or tangled. A couple of tips if you want to give it another chance: use a little shampoo and gradually add water so it emulsifies well. Double shampoo to remove dirt and oil, and rinse thoroughly. Using a light conditioner or a detangling spray can also help with tangles ☺️ All the best 🌷

    Unfortunately not on par with the others in the series..

    Unlike its siblings in the series (the blue and the red), which I love, I was unfortunately disappointed with this primer. The makeup doesn't last very long and tends to get patchy. I have now gone back to the blue, and the makeup holds well so the problem seems to lie with this primer.

      Hey Pauline! 😊 Thanks for sharing! ✨ My best tips to avoid a patchy result are to use a little primer and dab in with your fingertips, let the primer set for a while before applying the base, and press in the foundation instead of dragging. Fingers crossed that it works better, otherwise it sounds like you have a couple of favorites to fall back on! 🥰👌 Take care and have a really nice day! 🌞

    Underrated shampoo, affordable!

    Looks like it's going to disappear from the range. A bit of a shame! I've been looking for a good shampoo for my super dry winter hair, but this shampoo is so good! It really moisturizes the hair and I noticed a difference after just 1 wash. It smells fresh too.
