Allergic or chemical reaction 🤔
I have combination skin that is more on the dry and sensitive side, also dry under the eyes. I thought I would do a moisture bomb and first applied the eye mask and then Barnängen's organic diaper cream on the rest of my face, but after about 10 minutes I started to turn bright red in the T-zone. I also haven't done any peeling or exfoliation in several weeks, so it was a strange reaction. I don't use chemical peels, but I do dermaplaning when needed. I suspect that there may have been a chemical reaction, it can happen for reasons we sometimes don't know about, like the mask reacting to some substance from something else, I was a bit lazy and didn't wash my face beforehand, I only had remnants of Cosrx Niacinamide Micellar from the night before. Maybe my hands weren't clean enough. The eye mask has been sitting unopened in the bathroom cabinet for a few months. As soon as I washed my face, the redness started to disappear. It is undoubtedly a nice product, but this time I probably had bad luck 🤔 I would recommend that those of you who are sensitive maybe test the serum from the eye mask behind your ear before applying it.Translated from swedish
