    Sulfate-free?

When I filter and select "sulfate-free shampoo", this shampoo comes up as an option, but when I read the comments, it contains sulfates. How is that supposed to be?

Hi Niki! 💛 Thank you for bringing this to our attention, it is really important to have correct information. This contains sulfates, specifically Sodium Laureth Sulfate. We have noted that the product incorrectly appears under the filter for sulfate-free shampoos, which we apologize for. We will look into this so that the information on the page matches the product's content. Thanks again for reaching out, it helps us get even better! 💛 Take care! 🍋

    Niacinamide?

    Does this contain niacinamide?

You must have looked wrong, I have read through several pages of the product and its ingredients. It doesn't say anything about it containing niacinamide 😅 feel free to paste a picture of what you see, this doesn't sound quite right. My own bottle doesn't contain it either, I think it's very important that it is clearly stated. It doesn't even say so on your own ingredient list 😅

    Rolling

I have almost used up my first bottle of this, had another niacinamide serum before. But some days it rolls up when I apply my moisturizer or sunscreen. I have now tried moving the niacinamide to my evening routine instead. It still rolls up! But regardless, should I use the retinol first and then the niacinamide or the other way around? I use The Ordinary Retinol 0.5% in Squalane.

Hey there Niki!👋🤗 You can try applying a smaller amount of niacinamide and letting it absorb completely before moving on to the next step. My tip is to use niacinamide in the morning and Retinol in the evening🤭 Since The Ordinary Retinol 0.5% in Squalane is oil-based, it should be the last step in your evening routine for the best results🙌 If you still experience pilling, it might be worth trying a different serum that works better in combination with your other products🤧 Take care!🤗

    Hairspray

I was thinking of buying this to help with my static hair after tips from various sources. But can I use another hairspray as well, or does this replace a regular hairspray? Will it be too much with this and then Lanza Healing Volume Volume Final Effects Spray?

Hey Niki! This beauty is like the final touch, the cream on the mashed potatoes and the icing on the cake in styling! Here you have shine and order in the hair that can easily become static now in this season we are approaching. I would say that you should rather finish with this after using the spray from Lanza since it is more for styling the hair and creating, for example, volume in the hair that it boosts! Experiment with the amount if you are unsure how the feel would be in the hair. But none of them should in any way become too heavy for the hair, that’s the idea! Good luck now✨

    Order?

Should this be the first product on towel-dried hair after washing before all other products since it has heat protection? I also use a volumizing mousse from Antonio Axu and Vision haircare Just leave it on towel-dried freshly washed hair before blow-drying. I'm unsure about the order for all products and would like help to get the right order.

Hello there Niki! 👋 I would recommend starting with Just Leave It, which provides moisture and detangles the hair. Then apply Zero Weight Gel for heat protection and volume. Finish with Volymmousse for extra volume 😍 Take care 🌸

    What order?

Where in my routine should I use it? For me, the application area is to add moisture to my very static flat hair every day after washing. When my hair is freshly washed and dry, I first use heat protection, then a hair gel, then a volume mousse. If I want to use this conditioning spray when my hair is freshly washed, when does it fit best among these products?

Thanks for the reply! I'm torn between this one from Lanza and this: Vision Haircare Just Leave It Conditioner I don't know which one to choose, the reason I want to buy one of these products is to prevent my hair from being so crazy static. I have thin long hair.

Hey Niki Spray the spray directly after washing and before you start using other styling products. to give the hair a good moisture base. Which can help reduce static electricity and dryness. 1: Apply Moi Moi Moisturizing Mist to towel-dried hair. Focus on the lengths and ends. 2: Continue with your heat protection. 3: Apply hair gel. 4: Use the volume mousse as the last step before styling. Good luck

    Together with salicylic acid

I have been using this for a while in the morning but have now started using it in the evening as well. Always after cleansing. But can I apply my salicylic acid toner after this, or should they not be combined at all in the same routine?

Thanks for the reply! I only use my salicylic acid 2-3 evenings a week, so maybe I just don't apply the hyaluronic acid on the same evening as the salicylic acid?

    In what order?

Hi! I'm going to try this retinol serum (I've used another brand). Is this the right order for my products: Morning: Micellar water C vitamin serum Niacinamide serum Moisturizer Evening: Cleansing Micellar water Salicylic acid serum 2 times a week Hyaluronic acid toner Retinol serum Moisturizer I'm unsure about the order of c vitamin and niacinamide in the morning and the order of salicylic acid-hyaluronic acid-retinol in the evening. (Note: I do not use salicylic acid and retinol on the same evening). I'm also wondering if it will be too much oil-based in the evening with both the ordinary oil-based salicylic acid Salicylic Acid 2% Anhydrous Solution and the retinol from the ordinary Retinol 0.5% in Squalane which is also oil-based. I have dry skin.

Hey Niki!👋🏻🤍 I would definitely say that this routine can work well for your skin.🌱 If the C-vitamin and Niacinamide are from The Ordinary, I wouldn’t recommend using them in the same routine as they can clash with each other. A tip is to split them into different morning routines🤩 If they are from another brand, it might be fine to combine them, but feel free to test it out to see if your skin is sensitive 🤍 Retinol and salicylic acid should not be used in the same routine but on different nights of the week, so it shouldn’t be too much oil.❤️ Since you have dry skin, it might be good to use something moisturizing, but also remember to give your skin a break from acids sometimes so it doesn’t get too much🤧❤️ Take care!
