This product also contains moisturizing and nourishing ingredients for the hair and is generally suitable for use with every wash. Of course, everyone's hair and scalp are unique, so I recommend trying the product in your own routine!
In general, however, it is not recommended to wash hair every day. The recommended washing frequency for normal hair is 2-4 days.
If hair and scalp get oily easily, the washing frequency can be increased, and if the hair is curly and dry, it’s better to wash it less often, e.g., once or twice a week! 💫
