This definitely shouldn’t happen. Although the cotton pads are made from 100% cotton, individual sensitivity reactions can unfortunately sometimes occur. The skin can also react to residues from the manufacturing process or mechanical friction, especially if the skin is sensitive or irritated 🤍
We completely understand your frustration, and it’s good that you stopped using the product immediately when symptoms appeared 💛
