incredibly bad
for the first ones, there was an incredibly long delivery time and when it finally arrived after two weeks, only the hair mask was included and not the shampoo and conditioner, so I called customer service and was met by an unfriendly woman1 product in post incredibly bad4 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. recommend to go for a lighter color
they said light brown but they turned dark brown, had super blonde before1 product in post recommend to go for a lighter color267 views
