    Not so good

    Sticky mascara so hard to get off no matter how much you wash your face. You end up losing lashes because you've rubbed it off.

This 38°C formula requires lukewarm water (around 38 degrees) to release – preferably with wet fingers or a damp washcloth. Avoid rubbing, but let the water work for a few seconds first.
