    No more panda eyes

    I have hanging eyelids (I'm in my late 40s) and a lot of oil on my skin. Mascaras tend to smudge over both above and below my eyes. Usually, I would use both eye primer and eyeshadow to create a barrier between my lashes and eyelids to prevent smudging. With this mascara, I can skip primer and eyeshadow because the mascara stays on all day. Praised be!
