    Sensitive skin

    Can this be used when you have sensitive skin? I can get rashes/breakouts from some products.

      Hi Marin 😊 This serum is generally made to be mild and moisturizing, and many with sensitive skin tolerate it well. It contains peptides that work on the skin's elasticity and barrier, and it is not known to be very active or irritating. That said, since you mention that you can get rashes/breakouts from certain products, it’s always wise to be a bit extra careful: ✨ Feel free to test the product on a small area first (patch test) ✨ Start by using it every other day ✨ Avoid combining it with too many new products at the same time All skin types react differently, so unfortunately we can’t guarantee how your skin will react.     Can't open pump bottle

    How do I open the pump on this? I twist and twist but nothing happens

      Same issue. The pump won't open no matter how hard I try to rip it open. There was no problem with the conditioner jar.
