    I don't know if there's something wrong with mine specifically, because it doesn't spray, just a hard stream?

      Hi Eva Marie! 👋 The spray should distribute as a finer mist. Shake the bottle, hold it upright, and press the pump all the way down. Also check that the spray opening is not partially clogged and gently wipe the nozzle. If it still only produces a hard stream, we recommend that you register a complaint via my pages so we can take a closer look 😊 All the best! 🍂
