Does this need heat to activate, or does it work for hair that air dries? And is it too much to use both this and a curl cream/styling cream (like Björk's curl cream), or is it overkill?

This cream works both with air-drying and with heat, so you don’t have to use heat to activate it. But if you blow-dry with a diffuser, it can enhance the definition and reduce frizz 🤗
It works well to combine it with a curl cream or styling cream like Björk Forma Curls, but both products moisturize and define, so if you use too much of both, it can get a bit heavy, especially if the hair is fine or light, it can become flat 😁
A tip is to start with a small amount of each and experiment, sometimes leave-in alone is enough, other times a little extra styling can give that little extra 💫
