The pads are drier than before
Before this was changed, the product was called Elexir. Back then, these pads were much better. They were more soaked in liquid. Now when you take a pad, it’s not nearly as wet and you feel like you need to use 2 pads instead of one. I understand, and in connection with Elixir Cosmeceuticals becoming Face Formula, primarily a brand update was made, and according to the manufacturer, most products should basically be the same even after the name change. However, sometimes differences can be experienced in how “wet” the pads are, which often depends on production, storage, or how the liquid is distributed in the jar (e.g., the top pads may feel drier than those further down). According to Face Formula themselves, the content in these pads should be the same as before. They have, however, had a known challenge with the packaging where the liquid can be affected – which can make some pads, especially the top ones, feel drier. You can try making a complaint under My Pages and your order, where you send a picture/video so the right department can take a closer look and investigate this together with the manufacturer.
