    Genius for travel and otherwise

    Very satisfied! It stays warm for a long time and is absolutely genius when traveling and dealing with menstrual cramps. I also use it at home, especially when I need to be active and don’t want to carry a hot water bottle. It stays in place well, and I like to switch between having it in front on my stomach and in the lower back – just as effective in both places. The adhesive holds well.
