Had no effect on my hair, which is thick and medium length. Very disappointing experience.
The product also feels very cheap and comes without a storage bag, which is awkward for a large product with a cord.

Sorry to hear that the Magic Style Brush didn’t give the desired result on your hair, and I totally understand that it feels inconvenient when such a large styling tool with a cord doesn’t come with a storage bag. The brush is designed for use on dry hair, and to shape your hair, it’s recommended to work with smaller sections, roll the hair all the way up to the roots, hold for a few seconds, and then gently roll out, since larger sections on thick hair can cause the heat not to distribute enough to give the desired volume or shape.
