Brush hairs are falling out
I gave this mascara a lot of chances over and over again, but in the end, I can't ignore that the brush loses a ton of hairs. The hairs then stick to my own lashes, which are unpleasant to pluck off. So if I wipe the brush on the edge of the mascara tube, a ridiculous clump of hairs comes off.
