  Hey Marte 👋 Order: Shampoo → K-PAK Reconstructor → K-PAK Reconstructing Conditioner Reconstructor does not replace conditioner – it needs a conditioner afterwards. Here’s how to do it 1. Shampoo as usual. 2. K-PAK Reconstructor on towel-dried hair. Let it sit for about 5 min. Rinse well. 3. K-PAK Reconstructing Conditioner on lengths/ends. Let it sit for 1 min. Rinse. How often? Damaged/bleached hair: once a week. Normal hair: every 1–2 weeks. Does your hair feel "tight"/straw-like? Take an extra round of moisture next time, no more protein. 😉
