8.34 Caramel Copper - natural strawberry blonde color
I had the color on previously bleached and colored hair where the shades ranged from an ashy level 7 (roots) to golden 8 in the lengths and almost white 9/10 at the tips. I let the color sit for the max time of 40 minutes, started with the roots since I had a lot of regrowth and let the color work there for 15 minutes before distributing the rest in the lengths and tips. I probably could have applied all the color at once because the tips didn’t absorb the color excessively as I was afraid of. The result was a nice strawberry blonde that isn’t very orange. The only downside is that the roots didn’t lighten noticeably even though this color is supposed to lighten by one shade as I understand it. But at least I got rid of the ashy tone. The picture was taken after three washes – the color looks quite ginger right after coloring but for better or worse the red pigments fade quickly so don’t let the very orange color on the package scare you!1 product in post 8.34 Caramel Copper - natural strawberry blonde color43 views - The post was made 9 monthsRating: 3 out of 5verified customer
Nice color but fades quickly
I have tested both this one and 9-57 which has more gold and a little less copper. Both give a nice coppery color right after coloring, but already after 2-3 washes with color-safe shampoo, at least half of the color is gone. The golden one lasted longer, but even that disappeared after maybe 6-7 washes. So nice color but very expensive if you need to touch up after just two weeks.1 product in post Nice color but fades quickly497 views - The post was made 9 monthsRating: 3 out of 5verified customer
Nja
The first time I used the color, it turned into a nice copper blonde like in other reviews. The second time, the hair instead turned dark reddish-brown... I have no idea what went wrong! Thankfully, the color washes out of the hair pretty quickly.1 product in post Nja651 views
