    Poor quality

    Used this frequently a few years ago and was super satisfied. After a while, it was sold out everywhere, so I had to try something else. A few weeks ago, I saw that it was back in stock at hickap, so I ordered one. When I got it home, it was broken, the actual color you twist out had come off and fell out in pieces. Contacted customer service and got a new pen. This one was also defective.. I then asked for a refund instead, which I received. Will never buy again, even though I thought it was an incredibly good product when it actually worked 😢
