Painful, sticky
So, the effect that was promised, that the lips would become fuller, absolutely occurred. I've never experienced particularly sensitive skin, but this was painful! I endured it for about an hour, but never again! It was hard to wash off, and the stinging, burning sensation lingered for a long time. Easily applied, voluminous mascara that stays in place
I basically only use mascara when I do my makeup, so I'm very particular about them. Holds good quality. This was a really good mascara! It had a good, just right sparse, just right stiff brush that picked up just the right amount. It applied easily without clumps and dried quickly. It stayed in place all day and remained pitch black and even without flaking or smudging.
