    Brown replaces gray?

Hi, I have naturally gray hair for a few years now, a long process to get there. Now during the winter, my hair has become very dark gray, so I bought this to lighten it up a bit, especially the underhair. To my horror, I wake up with light brown hair and google my way to find that the product doesn't suit those with naturally gray hair. Is there anything I can do to get rid of the "discoloration"? I feel so sad, I who love my natural color. Silver shampoo doesn't work. Grateful for tips. Best regards / L

Hey Lina! 👋🏼 Bleaching sprays like Schwarzkopf S1 are unfortunately not suited for naturally gray hair, which can lead to unexpected warm or light brown tones, just as you describe. The product lightens the hair's own pigments, which cannot be controlled as well on gray hair strands. Unfortunately, there is no way to completely "wash out" the result, but this toner can help you achieve a slightly cooler result 🥰 lyko.com/sv/wella-professionals/wella-color-fresh-089-pearl-cendre If you are unsure about how to proceed, I recommend consulting a hairdresser at a salon. I understand that it feels frustrating, and I hope you soon feel like yourself again! 💙
