Not satisfied with the quality
Kept leaving bristles behind on my face and then large chunks of the brush bristles came off altogether. The comment was made 1 weekHi! 😊 A few loose fibers during the first couple of uses can happen, but if larger amounts of bristles are coming loose, that doesn’t sound quite right. I’d recommend registering a complaint with us so we can take a closer look at the brush. You can do this through your Lyko account by going to order history or you can also use the return form at the bottom of lyko.com. Please include a few clear photos showing how the bristles are coming loose, as well as the brush itself, so we can get a better idea of what has happened. 📷 If you’ve only noticed a few loose fibers, you can gently remove them and continue using the brush. However, if you’re losing whole clumps of bristles, I would recommend to stop using it and registering a complaint. We’ll be happy to take a closer look at it for you! 🌸
