    Dear Lyko.

    I am very satisfied with Lyko in general, you have lots of great offers, a nice selection, and a fast and easy online store. But… when you release such sought-after «boxes», advent calendars, etc. Why? Why do you do it this way? You have been doing the same for several years now. Hype it up, preferably through influencers, newsletters, etc. just to release 1200 pieces of the most popular products? Why? It ends up with people getting furious at Lyko! I fully understand that you can't have an unlimited selection, but a good experience is quickly forgotten, a bad one is remembered for a loooong time. People would rather shop with competitors because they get so angry when you do this time and time again. We as customers feel a bit stupid simply because we fall for it. Several here in the comments even speculate that it is a scam! Please change this, Lyko, this is sooooo disappointing from an otherwise super online store!
