    An 8rder two packages??

    So I don't understand why you sent one bottle by itself when you sell them as a package???? Shampoo had leaked and was sticky ... can't give it as a gift..... There was plenty of room in the big package.. I wonder if it was intended that the lid of the shampoo bottle was already broken?? I have to buy another gift for my girl.. Such a shame.

      So disappointing! ☹️ The same thing has happened to me with several orders from here... and even though I file complaints and email and express my opinions EVERY TIME I give -simple- advice on how they could solve the problem - there is still no improvement. I am always greeted nicely by customer service and compensated well, but it still becomes tiresome in the long run.. for everyone. Nowadays, I assume that something will have leaked and/or that a product has ugly marks/discolorations when I receive my order. This way, it’s not as annoying to start with filing complaints and cleaning my brand new products. Why not just have a routine to ensure that all caps are screwed on and closed and add packing material - often the items rattle around freely in the package... as if made for something to break. In the end, it becomes more work for both the customer and Lyko, completely unnecessary.
