      Hello! 😊 Please try shampooing your hair twice and emulsify the shampoo well with a little water. For the second wash, you can let the shampoo sit for 1-2 minutes before rinsing out and finishing with conditioner. If the product still doesn’t feel right or differs from the description, feel free to register a complaint via My Pages - Order History - open the order - Complaint.
