    Will it be cheaper when it arrives?

    I don’t understand one thing. This is now part of a combo offer that runs until Sunday, September 27. But you haven’t even had it available for sale? How can you then set such an offer?! Because no one has even commented on it when it has actually been for sale. If it comes – when will that be? If it comes – will it then be at the lower price that no one has had a chance to buy at, or will it be at the higher price? I think this seems very strange.

    I think you get a good selection of everyday items that both young people and older people can use. I don't like everything, but they make good gifts. The lip products are my favorites. The cap to put on some of the products was actually the reason I went for it. I can live with the filling. As I said, good gifts and at this price the selection was good. The mascaras are usually unusually good as well.

    Bad reviews

    I was a bit interested in this, but when you read the reviews, it’s a complete stop. And there are 2 long very constructive reviews given a week ago. They haven’t received a response. When a product gets such negative feedback, you have to be on top of it and respond immediately. So now you can explain or address it. The negatives now have the chance to tell what they think about your products when contacted. And a sour customer who has been ignored for a week has definitely talked behind the scenes. And there are still customers who were honest, took notes, and took the time to make you aware of the experience. I also get the feeling in recent years that there is tiredness, disinterest at your office. This after discussing Lyko with friends. I myself don’t buy as much from you anymore either. Have you gotten tired, cut down on staff, had delivery problems, new management or what!?

      Apohem Winter Essentials… 20 full-size products in a nice toiletry bag for 1,199 kr with a value of over 5,000 kr. So much better than this one.
