Provides lots of moisture to my dry, highlighted hair without feeling heavy. The hair feels soft and rehydrated. Gives a nice shine. Works after just a few minutes. So you really don’t need to leave it on for 10 minutes, which can be required with other products. The scent is wonderful! Won't buy again
Gives nice long separated lashes. No tendency to clump. Easy to wash off with warm water. But then all the positives end. The mascara smudges on the eyelids and crumbles. The crumbs that fall down melt and leave black stains. If you get mascara on the eyelid during application, you have to remove it with water. You can't just let it dry and then pick it off with a cotton swab. No, it sticks like a rock and leaves a black stain. The comment was made 4 monthsHi Kaisu 😊 Thank you for your review! When you mention the scent, it makes me wonder if it might have oxidized, because mine, which is brand new, doesn’t smell at all. Pure ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) has a fairly short shelf life and is easily affected by heat and light, among other things, so it should be used up within 3 months of opening – and there should also be an expiration date on it. Often this form of Vitamin C combined with ferulic acid smells a bit burnt, but I didn’t find that with this one, and I’m sensitive to scents. Try applying the conditioner on really wet hair and add a bit of water while massaging it in – this helps the product activate better. Letting it sit a bit longer and rinsing with cool water can also make a big difference. For even more moisture and easier detangling, a deep conditioning treatment and a leave-in conditioner can be great complements! Hope this gives your hair the boost it needs ✨
