      Hi Julie ❤️ Beplain Mung Bean Cleansing Water is a gentle and effective cleansing water that removes dirt and makeup from the skin. It is especially good for sensitive skin and contains natural ingredients like mung bean extract to soothe the skin. When it comes to waterproof mascara, the cleansing water can remove some of it, but for best results, we recommend using a dedicated eye makeup remover for waterproof mascara first, before using the cleansing water to wash the rest of your face.
