Bought 9-00 Extra Light Blonde, ended up with dark hair, I think there was a mistake in the numbering, the color is a 6-00. Was supposed to be light, ended up dark-haired :-(1 product in post 9-00 is 6-00671 views- The comment was made 2 monthsWas light, wanted to be lighter. Got help from the staff and we looked closely at the color chart. The box with the color must have gotten the wrong color code. Will contact the store.

Bought the color today hoping to get lighter, but it was a bit of a shock as I got darker from this color. Looked at the bottle to see if there was a wrong color in the packaging, but nope, it said 9-00 on the bottle.
