Is it supposed to be oily?
Bought it here and it’s fantastic! Works really well for me and my pale, dry skin. However, I wonder if oil is supposed to come out before the actual concealer? I’ve tried both shaking and squeezing the tube because I thought maybe it needs to be mixed before use. But even if I manage to get some concealer out first, a couple of drops of oil come out when I get a tiny little dab. The oil is more yellowish and thin and runs everywhere. Unscrew the cap and shake the tube well for 20–30 seconds, massage the tube between your hands for a moment, and squeeze the first drop onto a tissue before using the rest when the consistency is even. Wipe off the nozzle and store the tube standing upright in a cool place with the cap on. If you keep getting several drops of thin, yellow oil each time, there might be an issue with the batch or stability. Please make a claim via My Pages/app and send clear pictures of the separation and the batch code on the tube. Also, follow the shelf life symbol (e.g., 12M) after opening💫 All the best!💫
