    Is the problem with the heat resolved?

    Hi! A lot of people are having issues with the heating function stopping working. Has this been addressed or is it still the same poor quality of the products being sold?

      Hey hey Jenny 😃👋 We haven't received information on whether this heating issue pertains to a specific batch or not, but when we receive complaints, we forward the information to our supplier. So I'm really keeping my fingers crossed that the issue is resolved now 💗 Remember that you have the right to make a complaint, and if you notice anything unusual with the product, report it to us so we can look into it further 😊 Take care!
